It's Day 28 and heading into Recovery week! My Transformation Challenge P90X results (numbers only) so far...
*** You can open the Google Spreadsheet by right clicking and opening up a new tab to see on a full screen. To navigate, you can click on the tabs "Chest & Back", "Plyometrics" etc to see the results for each workout.
As promised, here is my progress so far. I will be posting my results
on a daily basis after each workout.
taken will be up in about a week's time. I've decided
to ease up on the noise I'm creating on the Twitter and Facebook
channels. However, I'll continue posting videos after each workout on
YouTube. I'll post a video for Phase 1 once I get my new MacBook Pro
so I can integrate cool shit into my videos like pictures and music
etc. For brevity's sake, I already wrote notes under each areas of focus.
Keep in mind that Phase 1 comprised of only: Chest & Back,
Plyometrics, Shoulders & Arms, Yoga, Legs & Back and Kenpo. The other
pages are for Phase 2 & 3. As of writing this post, I'm hovering
around 149 - 150 pounds - down from 158 pounds. I'm enjoying the process so far, and I'm definitely glad that I'm
heading into my recovery week. I damn well earned it! Phase 2.. here
I come :) BRING IT!
You can check out my YouTube Channel for the videos I've posted to this very day.
CRUSHED Plyometrics Day 23 Transformation Challenge P90X
I am happy to say that I am at 100% now! I was able to push evenharder than 2 weeks ago, before I got sick. The last time, I got
winded around Mary Katherine Lunges, which is halfway through. This
time around, I was able to get to the Run Squat 180 Jump Switch
before I felt a bit winded. I'm bursting with more energy than before and I'm noticing that I'm
not as negative as before when I wasn't working out. I love it that I'm still sweatin' bullets after each workout because
you can always adjust and make it harder or ease up if you feel that
you're hitting your limit.
I think the scale is broken.. it says I lost 7 lbs Day 20-22 Transformation Challenge P90X
Apparently I've lost 7 pounds - I honestly think it was due to my being sick for the last week, but I still tried to follow my nutrition plan to the tee. I'm also happy to say that I'm back to my week 1 levels all across the board and then some. One thing in particular that I found difficult but not surprising is my feeling wasted half way through the Ab Ripper X program - but that was probably due to not working out my abs the entire week. I haven't posted any pics or my numbers yet, as I'm more focused on actually getting to the gym, but I'll be posting that stuff up by the end of the week so look out for that. I'll be posting that stuff on my old Personal Development blog Galvanizd.com See you guys tomorrow after Plyometrics.. BRING IT!
What are you up to tonight? Day 19 Transformation Challenge
Opium, Sickness and I'm Back for More!
Was sick since Jan 12th with a full blown fever, cold, phlegm and nasty stuff and only recovered to 90% health today. What does a dude do in that situation? Yoga!
Since week 3 was a write-off, I'll be doing it all over again and yes, that means, I will be pushed beyond 90 days for the challenge. The whole purpose of the challenge, however, was to apply myself as consistently as possible to build in the habits of discipline towards my nutrition and leading an active lifestyle.
I'll see you guys tomorrow after my Legs & Back workout!
