Insanity/P90X Hybrid Progress

For those who are curious, here are my results so far - I finished 2 weeks and into week 3.  HUGE shoutout goes to my friend David Tian who kicked my ass ages ago - took all of his feedback into account this time around ;)

I got the inspiration of weaving the 2 programs together after realizing that Insanity, while a great fitness program in and of itself, lacked any weight training. I did a google search about a hybrid program and this is what I've found:

I'm not following a strict schedule (6 days a week) or even attempt "doubles" (one morning workout and one evening workout), because quite frankly, I'll go insane trying to accomplish all of that while running my startup.   I'll go at my own pace and schedule and go often as I can.  However, I'll try and get my measurements asap and update spreadsheet once I find out.

To the few who know that I've tried to follow through on P90X the entire 90 days, I'm going to give 'er another go.  This time I'll dive into the nutrition plan following Tim Ferriss' post on "How to lose 20 pounds of fat in 30 days without any exercise", while implementing the stuff I learn from his new book The 4-Hour Body: An Uncommon Guide to Rapid Fat-Loss, Incredible Sex, and Becoming Superhuman.
