Post-It Note Poem #4
I wake up after a shitty night of sleep
Eyes peeling open, brain still foggy
My heart fills with dread
Reluctance is the theme of the day
Nay, for everyday I'm there
Not voluntary, but of necessity
It is suffering I must endure
And I realize this is where dreams go to die.
